UPSET FORGING

1200 Ton Upsetter (6-inch flange dia)

Our upsetter equipped with multi station bar-end heater enables us to forge shafts with flange diameters up to 180 mm. This capability allows efficient production of a wide range of components including rear axle shafts, input shafts, drive shafts, output shafts, main shafts, planetary carrier housings, anti-roll bars, and other critical powertrain and transmission parts

PRESS FORGING

Equipped with three forging presses integrated with induction billet heaters, our facilities enable efficient and controlled forging of components weighing up to 15 kg on our mechanical press lines.

HAMMER FORGING

Equipped with four forging hammers, ranging from belt drop to pneumatic air hammers, and supported by induction billet heaters and gas-fired furnaces, our facilities enable efficient and controlled forging of components weighing up to 45 kg on our hammer lines.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality is built into every stage of our forging process through a structured, prevention-focused approach. We begin with incoming material verification and full traceability, followed by controlled process planning, risk analysis, and defined control plans for all critical characteristics. Key process parameters are continuously monitored to ensure consistency and repeatability.

Dimensional, metallurgical, and functional inspections are carried out through in-process and final verification, supported by calibrated measurement systems and appropriate non-destructive testing where required. We drive continual improvement through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and process optimization to reduce variation, improve yield, and ensure consistent, reliable performance across all supplied components.
