THE COMPANY
Industrial Forge & Engineering Co. Ltd. is a manufacturer of carbon and alloy steels forged components for automotive, agricultural, railways, oil and gas and other engineering applications. We have a capacity to forge 25,000 metric tons per annum of steel forgings. We manufacture closed-die-forgings ranging from 500 gms to 45 kgs per piece of finished weight.
Our plant is equipped with a comprehensive range of facilities, ranging from die-making, forging, heat treatment and machining. This enables us to cater to an extensive range of customers for developing and delivering a wide range of complex and finished forgings while meeting schedules and deadlines.
We have implemented Quality Systems and are an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certified Company. We also have our own Quality Assurance Laboratory, which helps us monitor and manage our materials and processes, assuring superior quality to our customers.
OUR HISTORY
When Mr. Rajender Sachdev took over Industrial Forge in 2008, the company was a sick company operating with just two hammer lines. Under his leadership, the organization has transformed into a fully integrated forging and machining enterprise. Today, IForge operates eight forging lines supported by an in-house die shop, heat treatment facilities, and a comprehensive machine shop, enabling us to manufacture a wide range of precision components.
From being dependent on a single customer, the company has steadily diversified its portfolio and now serves more than 30 customers across India and international markets. This journey reflects our commitment to continuous growth, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships.
